If you're an expectant parent who's inspired to learn more about HypnoBirthing and Hypnobirthing Classes – you're in the right place.
The HypnoBirthing® techniques can provide you and your birth partner with the tools to experience birth in a relaxed and joyful way. You’ll learn to call upon your body's own natural instincts, release fear and prepare your mind and body for the safe and beautiful arrival of your baby. HypnoBirthing® is all based on the belief that when a mother is properly prepared for labour – physically, mentally, and spiritually – she can experience the joy of birthing her baby in an easier, more comfortable way.

Testimonials
“Robina’s course was a vital part of our pregnancy, not only for the birth itself but in the months leading up to it. She creates a safe space for learning, generously sharing her insights into the curriculum and many real-world experiences.”
“Hypnobirthing is about teamwork, it focuses on how the birthing partner is integral to the whole pregnancy. It’s not just about the birth, but also the journey of pregnancy, and what we can do to prepare ourselves for it.”
“Even though I did not avoid the interventions, the hypnobirthing techniques helped me to stay calm and to reduce the pain in the initial stages of labour. The knowledge we gained during the course also helped us to ask the right questions and make the best decisions for me and the baby.”
